Answers to frequently asked questions regarding Lullaby Farm

How many guests can you accommodate for an event?

  • Lullaby Farm can accommodate up to 250 guests

Do you have on-site parking?

  • Yes. There is flat level on-site parking with easy access

When can we set up for the event?

  • Depending on the package, you can set up in the late afternoon the day before your event or 10:00 a.m. the day of the event and will be able to clean up on the following day starting at 9:00 a.m.

Who is responsible for setting up and teardown?

  • You are responsible for set up, decorating, and take down of all decor and furniture. Garbage needs to be put in the provided cans.

How much can we decorate?

  • You have access to all the decorations here at Lullaby and can bring in anything else you love, as long as there is no damage to the facilities. Whatever has been put out needs to be picked up or taken down prior to departure.

What about alcohol and catering?

  • If you wish to serve alcohol at your event, you will need to acquire a banquet permit in addition to liability insurance. The link for a banquet permit is https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/order-banquet-permits-online.

  • Lullaby Farm does not provide any catering. You will need to hire your own caterer and all table settings will have to be provided. The caterer you choose should have all the necessary permits for food handling and service.

Where can the bridal party get ready for the big day?

  • The bride and her party can use the 1906 original farmhouse to relax and get beautiful.

  • The groom and his party can use the 1969 vintage Alladin camp trailer to hang and get spiffed up.

How long can we party on the big day?

  • By Chelan County code, noise disturbances shall cease by 10:00 p.m. so all music must be shut down by then.
